Important Notice on Major Academic Events
Dear event organizers, please be advised that in accordance with the University's relevant policies and guidance, academic events with 30 or more participants, of whom at least one-third are external to XJTLU, are classified as "Major Academic Events"; those with participants from two or more overseas countries/regions (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) are classified as "International Academic Events." Both categories are subject to corresponding internal and/or external approval procedures through the Intranet OA System.
